HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking info to update. Also, if you have created a customer account, you should be able to log into your account to see your order has been fulfilled.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us at admin@pioarts.com as soon as possible. It is not guaranteed we can change your shipping address, it depends if your order has already shipped or not. Email us as soon as possible!

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX?

Some states in the US have passed a law requiring companies to collection and remit sales tax.

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

Clothing

High-quality poly-mailer bags, paper envelopes, and cardboard boxes in a variety of sizes (for larger orders).

Accessories

Waterproof poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, such as face masks or socks. If required, padded mailer bags are used for extra protection. Phone cases are shipped in padded envelopes or recyclable cardboard shippers.

Posters

Posters and wall decals are protected with tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes (circular and triangular).

Framed posters will be packaged in protective cardboard boxes.

Mugs

Depending on the chosen Print Provider, mugs will be packaged in durable polystyrene boxes or recyclable cardboard boxes with additional inserts for padding.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! In most cases, we ship worldwide, just use the dropdown at the checkout to find your country.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

For any US orders, we offer free returns and exchanges! If your shirt doesn’t fit, we are happy to help you exchange it.

If you are located outside of the US, unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this time. We can still facilitate a return or exchange, we just request for you to ship your item back via your local postal service.

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements.

WHAT'S THE QUALITY LIKE?

Bloody great, even if we do say it ourselves….. All T-shirts are printed in the US onto quality branded heavyweight 100% cotton – usually Gildan for men’s T-shirts and Fanshirt for women’s T-shirts or similar. We don’t use cheap boxy T-shirts that appear to have been designed to suit nobody.

COLOUR

The T-shirt colour options are shown on each individual T-shirt page.

Although we can offer different coloured T-shirts, the colour of the print itself NEVER changes. If the T-shirt is printed in white, then it will have a white print regardless of the T-shirt colour chosen. Not only were they designed in that colour, but it is also not logistically viable to change the colour of a screen print for an individual shirt.

CUSTOM SHIRTS

Sorry, we are not set up to do custom orders, but there are plenty of companies that do. Neither will we print on a T-shirt supplied by you – misprints happen and we don’t want to upset you by ruining your shirt.
